EUNICEIt is with great sadness that the family of Zetta Vasseur Soileau announces her passing on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Oaklane Wellness Rehabilitation Center in Eunice at the age of 98. A Celebration of Life will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 27, 2012 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Zetta was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She was a very kind and loving woman and spending time with her family and friends brought a great deal of joy to her life. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and handcrafts. She will be greatly missed by her two sons, Rudy P. Soileau and wife, Gertie of Slidell and Patrick E. Soileau and wife, Thelma of Lake Charles. She was blessed with five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She now rests in Heaven with her beloved husband of 66 years, Wallace Doo Soileau a brother, Clarence Vasseur a sister, Alice Miller and a grandson, Donald Latham.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, July 27th from 10:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 1:00 pm Friday afternoon.

The family would like to thank Oaklane Wellness Rehabilitation Center and Heart of Hospice for their kindness, care and understanding during this difficult time.
