Willie Savoy

EUNICE-Willie Mae Savoy, 85, a resident of Eunice, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be Celebrated at a later date.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend, survived by four sons, Charles David and wife, Ollie of Eunice, Joseph Richard Jr. and wife, Mary of Baker, Weston Richard and wife, Genora of Port Barre, and Wilbur Richard and wife, Radonna of Eunice; two daughters, Jean Humphries and husband, Russell of Kinder, and Catherine Guidry and husband, Louis of Eunice; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Mrs. Savoy will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Her husband, Joseph D. Richard, Sr. and son, John Richard, preceded her in death.

Ardoins Funeral Home of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
