Wanda Rider

EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Wanda Lee Rozas Rider announces her passing on Sunday, June 03, 2012 at Acadian Medical Center. She was 82. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 04, 2012 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice with Father Cedric Sonnier Celebrant.

Wanda was a retired office administrator of Moosa Memorial Hospital. She was an avid LSU and Saints football fan and enjoyed crocheting. She also loved taking care of her little dog, Rascal. Wanda will be missed by her loving family, including two sons, Alvin Rider and wife, Marbella of Anaco, Venezuela, and Sean Rider and wife, Amy of Eunice two daughters, Marcella Prejean and husband, Darryl of Eunice, and Missy Joubert and husband, Cecil of Mamou eleven grandchildren nine great grandchildren and many friends.

She now rests in Heaven with her beloved parents, Ernest and Agnes Fontenot and daughter, Mary Rider.
