EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 03, 2007 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice, for Virginia Hebert, 82, who passed away at 7:55 pm Saturday, June 30, 2007 at her residence.

The Rev. Cedric Sonnier, Pastor of St Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice will be the Celebrant with the Rite of Committal to follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.

Survivors include her four sons, Mondello G. Hebert, Sr. and his wife, Christine, Irwin James Hebert and his wife, Mary, Belvon Joseph Hebert, Warrick Mitchell Hebert all of Eunice; three daughters, Gwindola H. Thomassee and husband, Stafford of Eunice, Magdalene Palmer and husband, Harold Sr. of Franklin, Emeline Fay Hebert Stroder and husband, Carl George of Baton Rouge; a brother, Jeffery Lavergne and wife, Loraine S. of Kinder; twenty six grandchildren and thirty six great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald J. Hebert; her parents, Peter and Eleanor Fruge Brown; a sister, Leatrice Young Sittig; a grandson, Wendoll James Hebert.
The family request that visitation hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, July 02, 2007 from 12 noon until time of services with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm
