EUNICE It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Vernice Ann Langley Daigle announces her passing on Friday, June 18, 2010 at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was 52. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Cedric Sonnier officiating.

She was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. Vernice leaves behind a loving and grateful family including her beloved husband, Larry Daigle of Eunice her three sons, Shawn Trahan of Oakdale, Raymond Lee Trahan, Jr of Eunice, Jonathan Ray Trahan of Deridder her three daughters, Dawn Douget of Arnaudville, Monique Mosley of Deridder, Monica Trahan of Kinder her grandmother, Hazel Arnaud Johnson of Eunice her four brothers, Leo James Langley, Jr. of Lake Charles, Darren Kent Langley and Kenneth Wayne Langley, Sr. both of Westlake, Timothy James Langley, Sr. of Lake Charles her three sisters, Carline Kirkland of Millry, AL, Bernadette Sonnier and Crystal Peck both of Westlake. Also mourning her loss are her six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Now she rests in Heaven with her beloved parents, Leo and Geraldine Arnaud Langley, Sr.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, June 18th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Sunday, June 20th from 9:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Saturday evening.
