EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Una B. Turner announces her passing on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Acadian Medical Center. She was 84. Funeral Services will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 20, 2010 in the Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Cemetery with Reverend Orville Rogers officiating.

She was very much loved by her beloved husband of 59 years, Archie Turner of Richard two loving sons, Carrol Turner of Crowley and Tim Turner and wife, Cheryl of Richard loving daughter, Loraine Keowen and husband, Blaine of Church Point one brother, Bobby Bellard of Basile six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Now she rests in Heaven with her beloved parents, Willis and Sarah Chaddick Bellard, and brother, Nelton Bellard.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, March 19, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 8:00 am until time of Services. Memorial Donations may be made to the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Building Fund, 1154 Academy Road, Eunice, LA 70535.
