Tyson Quentin Dietz

IOTA-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Tyson Quentin Dietz announces his passing on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 60. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Iota. Burial will follow in the Iota Cemetery with Corea LaFosse officiating.

Tyson was a protective and loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was an all-around good person who enjoyed fishing and camping, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and pets. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife of forty years, Bonita A. Dietz of Iota; his son, Randall Russell Dietz and fiancé, Billie Saltzman of Iota; his daughter, Brittany Dietz of Iota; his sisters, Darlene LaFosse and husband, Curtis of Crowley, Charlotte Dietz, Kanthi Doucet, and Wendy Beth Dietz and fiancé, Joshua K. LaPoint, all of Iota; three grandchildren, Aaliyah R. Dietz, Addisyn Hardy, and Addilyn Dietz; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Barbara Thibodeaux Dietz.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Iota on Saturday, November 26th from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm, and again on Sunday, November 27th from 8:00 am until time of services.
