IOTAIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Timothy Miller announces his passing on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at his home at the age of 51. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota, on Monday, August 22,2011 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery with Father Mikel Polson officiating.

Timothy , a genuine Louisiana sportsman, enjoyed the outdoors and supported the Saints football team. The greatest joys of his life were his family and his five grandchildren he loved dearly. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He will be always be cherished in the hearts of his beloved wife of thirty one years, Roxanne Regan Miller of Iota his son, Alex Miller of Eunice his two daughters, Amanda Spaetgens and husband, Jerry, and Amy Deloach and husband, Ross, all of Iota three brothers, Steve Miller and wife, Loretta of Iota, Pat Miller and wife, Becky of Rayne, and Terry Miller and wife, Gloria of Texas two sisters, Charlotte Miller and husband, Gibson of Iota, and Donna Johnson and husband, Gary of Texas mother inlaw, Evaline Dietz Regan of Iota and the littlest joys of his life, his five grandchildren, Gracie, Maddelynn, and Calli Spaetgens, and Noah and Levi Deloach. Timothy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan and Betty Hannon Miller and father inlaw, George Rodney Regan.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Iota on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 8:00 am until time of services.
