EUNICEIt is with the heaviest hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Timothy Allen Jones on Monday, August 27, 2012 at the age of 61. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 31, 2012 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Greg Gaspard officiating.

Timothy traveled in his younger years to Europe, especially Germany and he spoke German fluently. He was an avid photographer and loved playing his guitar, as well as a practicing attorney for 36 years. But most of all he was a wonderful father and brother. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Jennifer Jones Lauer of Walnut Creek, California his brother, Gary Cecil Jones and wife, Jan of Georgetown his sister, Cynthia Lynn Jones Mouton and husband, Paul of Opelousas. Also mourning his loss are his five nephews, two nieces, and several great nephews and great nieces.

He now rests in Heaven with his beloved parents, Claudie and Lola Brumley Jones brother, Ross Thomas Jones maternal grandparents, Thomas Henry Brumley and Lola Mae Rivers Brumley his paternal grandparents, A.B. Jones and Dove Ritter Jones.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, August 30th from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Friday, August 31st from 10:00 am until time of services.
