EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Tim ''Big Tim'' Diaville announces his passing on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the age of 41. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Ashford Cemetery with Pastor Travis Turner officiating.

Tim known to many as "Big Tim" loved to cook, make sausage, camp and fish. He enjoyed football and was a Saints fan. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his parents, Dudley and Leura Hollier Diaville of Mamou; brothers, Gregory Paul Diaville and wife, Shelly of Elkins, AR, and James Diaville of Eunice; sisters, Christina Lynn Fontenot and husband, Dwayne of Eunice, Lori Courville and husband, David of Mamou, and Betty Duplechin of Eunice; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Morris and Bertille Bertrand Diaville; and maternal grandparents, Alcee and Vernice Landreneau Hollier.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Wednesday, August 17th from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Thursday, August 18th from 8:00 am until time of services.
