EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Taylor Myers III, announces his sudden death in San Augustine, Texas on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. He was 32. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 1:00 pm at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Gil Dutel Celebrant.

Taylor a resident of Eunice was employed by General Marine as a truck driver. He was a loving husband and father who leaves behind a loving and grateful family which includes his wife, Amanda Sattler Myers of Eunice his mother, Debbie Myers and his step father, Art Ramos of Pearland, TX his daughter, MacKenzie Myers and his step daughter, Courtney Gaspard both of Eunice his maternal grandparents, Robert and Aldean Moore of Hastings, Nebraska and his sister, Sandi M. Grizzle of Broken Arrow, OK. Taylor will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be truly missed.

Now he rests in heaven with his father, James O. Myers and his paternal grandparents, Taylor and Esther Myers.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Friday, March 26, from noon until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, March 27 from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Friday evening.
