Sue Kim Price

EUNICE - Sue Kim Price, born on Wednesday, April 19, 1978, peacefully departed this world on Thursday, September 5, 2024, in Jackson, Louisiana. Throughout her life, Sue was a beacon of joy, known for her always happy and laughing spirit that brought warmth to everyone she encountered. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Andrew Bates officiating services.

Sue loved life and she cherished her many interests, which included going for rides that filled her heart with adventure, watching her favorite shows that brought her joy, and listening and dancing to music that moved her soul. She had an infectious energy that made every moment spent in her company a cherished memory. Sue was always ready for a good cup of coffee shared with family and friends, fostering connections that will be deeply missed.

Sue's legacy is defined not just by her hobbies but by the love and joy she imparted to those around her. Her laughter will continue to echo in the hearts of those she loved including: her mother, Sue Ann Guillory of Lake Charles; father, Hugh Price, Jr. of Shreveport; and sister, Kelli Young and husband, Wesley, of Dry Creek.

Sue now rests with her maternal grandparents, Simon Guillory and Vera Guillory; paternal grandparents, Hugh Price, Sr. and Joyce Price; great uncle, Dannie Hayes; and great aunt Annabel Hayes.

At the request of the family, visitation to celebrate the vibrant life Sue lived, will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice beginning at 9:00 AM until time of service.

Her presence will be profoundly missed, but the memories she created will forever remain in our hearts.
