EUNICEA wonderful mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Stacy LaFleur will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Stacy passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at her home in Joplin, Missouri. She was 46. A Memorial service to Celebrate Stacys life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Entombment will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Deacon David Guillory officiating.

Stacy was a native of Eunice and a resident of Joplin, Missouri. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She enjoyed horses and in her past time she used to barrel race with horses. She had a love for animals and rehabilitating animals in need. She was a former Youth Group Director of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She was very much loved by her two sons, Travis LaFleur and wife, Ashley and Shane LaFleur and wife, Elizabeth all of Eunice her mother, Barbara McGee of Joplin, MO her father, Don Gladfelter of Joplin, MO her previous husband, Donald LaFleur of Eunice her two brothers, Don Gladfelter, Jr and wife, Dana of Ville Platte and James McGee of Atlanta, GA her two sisters, Kimberly Sonnier of Joplin, MO and Monica Menier and husband, Kirk of Baton Rouge and her two loving grandchildren, Heidi LaFleur and Alyssa LaFleur.

Now she rests in Heaven with her sisterinlaw, Annette McGee brotherinlaw, Rogers Sonnier:her stepfather Don McGee and her pride and joy, Little Bit.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 9:00 am until time of services.
