Sandra Milner Fruge

EUNICE~ It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sandra Milner Fruge announces her passing on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 64. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Ron Aguillard and Pastor Tom McManus officiating.

Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family, plants and visiting plant nurseries, and camping. She was also a member of the University Baptist Church in Eunice. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her including her husband, Brent Fruge; her children, Heather Fruge, Kevin Fruge and wife, Bethany, and Blake Fruge and wife, Courtney; her siblings, Margaret Fontenot and husband, Roy, Rebecca Frey and husband, Clint, Alvin Milner and wife, Cheryl, and James Milner and wife, Janine; her aunt, Shirley Edwards and husband, Larry; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Neal Fruge and wife, Lorna, and Jackie Marcinek and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Destiny, Tyler, Lainey, Trevor, Noah, Hannah, Damien, and Adrianna; great grandchildren, Rhyliee, Jaxson, and Everleigh; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Garnett Milner, W.O. and Audrey Milner; uncles, Bernie and Melvin Clayton, Hershel Overmyer, and Gordon Milner; aunt, Mildred Overmyer; father and mother-in-law, Jimmie and Laura Fruge; brother-in-law, Marcus Fruge; and sister-in-law, Linda Launey.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, November 15th from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, November 16th from 8:00 am until time of services.

The family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Heart of Hospice for all their loving and devoted care.
