EUNICE-Funeral services will be at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 08, 2008 for Ruby R. LeDoux, 83, who passed away on Friday, March 07, 2008 at Oak Lane Wellness Rehabilitation Center in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Truman Stagg officiating.

Ruby was a resident of Eunice and for many years managed the local Sears and Roebuck store where she became very well known by the community. She also enjoyed flowers, working in the yard, fishing as well as cooking, sewing and spending quality time with her grandkids. All who knew her will sorely miss her.

A Very Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Aunt, Ruby is survived by her two daughters, Carlis F. Young and husband, John A. of Eunice, Judy A. Young of Scott; six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee LeDoux; her parents, Willie D. and Yola McCoy Risher; brother, W.D. Risher; sister, Margaret Moore.

The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice on Friday, March 07, 2008 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Saturday, March 08, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services.
