EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 06, 2008, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice for Ruby L. Dupre, 90, who passed away on Monday, August 04, 2008 at Oak Lane Wellness and Rehabilitation in Eunice. Rite of Committal to follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Iota. Father Darren Eldridge and Deacon David Guillory officiating.

A much-loved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruby is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James Raven Dupre and wife, Joyce Christ of Eunice; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. All who knew and loved Ruby will sadly miss her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Luke Dupre, Jr.; a son, Richard Dupre; her parents, Oneal and Azileman Thibodeaux LeJeune.

The family request that the visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, August 05, 2008 from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Wednesday, August 06, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:15 pm Tuesday evening.
