EUNICE- A wonderful wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Ramona Guillory Fontenot known as Mona to all who knew her passed away on the morning of Saturday, July 04, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette at the age of 71 . A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 06, 2009 at 11:00 am at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice with Father Gil Dutel Celebrant.

Living all of her life in this area, she was a retired receptionist at Dr. Miller Miller Optometrists. The things that brought Mona the most joy in her life were being with her family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jean Fontenot of Eunice; her mother, Ethel Guillory of Eunice; her two daughters, Debbie Fontenot Reaux and Judy F. Young and her husband, Phillip all of Eunice; her two brothers, Charlie Guillory, Jr. and his wife, Elaine and Kenneth Keno Guillory all of Eunice; and her four loving grandchildren, Ben, Carolyn and Hillary Young and Jonathan Reaux all of Eunice. Mona will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be truly missed.

Now she rests in heaven with her beloved father, Charles Milton Guillory.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, July 06, 2009 from 8:00 am until time of services.
