EUNICE-Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, August 01, 2007, at the First Baptist Church of Eunice for Mr. Preston Lee Kuhlmann, 67, who passed away on July 28, 2007. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery in Eunice with Pastor Tim Moffett officiating.

A loving Husband, Daddy and PawPaw, Mr. Kuhlmann is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Myrt Hebert Kuhlmann of Eunice; two sons, Preston Lee Kuhlmann, Jr. of West Palm Beach, Florida, Vane Joseph Kuhlmann and wife, Candi of Atlanta, LA; two daughters, Wanda K. Popich and husband, Ivan of Belle Chase, LA, Jeanne Marie K. Sonnier and husband, Jason of Eunice; four brothers, James Kuhlmann of Texas, Reginald Kuhlmann of Montgomery, LA, Melvin Kuhlmann and Kenneth Kuhlmann all of Picayune, Miss; a sister, Eulema Kuhlmann of California; seven grandchildren, Natasha, Nickolas and Ana Popich, Erin, Kaylen, and Brett Sonnier, Jalen Kuhlmann.

His parents, Leighton and Lucille Kuhlmann, precede him in death.

Preston was employed as a Gas Plant Operator for 42 years.

As God lends us to this earth to spread his Love and Joy, Preston fulfilled this task for his family. He also gave of his precious time by participating in Campers on Mission and helping with maintenance at First Baptist Church. His goodness and generousity will be missed by many.
The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Wednesday, August 01, 2007 from 8:00 am until time of services.
