EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Patricia Pat Savoy Boone announces her passing on the morning of Friday, August 1, 2014, at Acadian Medical Center at the age of 72. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, August 4, 2014, at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice with Deacon David Guillory officiating.

Pat was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gilton Boone of Eunice son, Joseph Richard Boone and wife, Teri of Lehigh Acres, FL daughters, Veronica Johnson and husband, Todd, and Mandy Granger and husband, Joey, all of Eunice brother, L.D. Savoy and wife, Robbie of Eunice seven grandchildren, Ty Johnson, Joey Boone, Johnny Johnson, Shawn Boone, Paige Johnson, Madelyn Granger, and Olivia Granger and five great grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Leza and Emily Sylvestor Savoy brother, Floyd Savoy and sister, Bertha Bonnette.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, August 4th from 10:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 2:30 pm Monday afternoon.
