EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 2:00 pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice for Nola C. Aguillard, 88, who passed away on Monday, September 08, 2008 at Doctors Hospital in Opelousas. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Mowata with Father Cedric Sonnier Celebrant.

Nolas children, family and friends were her life. Those of us, who have been blessed to have known her, loved her, laughed with her and cried with her will cherish every moment of every day of every year that God has allowed us to share with her. We are grateful for the gift she will forever be to us. Nola is survived by her two loving children, her son, John C. Aguillard and wife, Darlene K. of Gonzales; her daughter, Anna Lois Marceaux and husband, E.J. of Kaplan; one sister, Rita Delafosse of Eunice; eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Durel J. Aguillard; two daughters, Mary Alice Daigle and Elaine Marie Duplechin.

The Family request that visiting hours be observed on Tuesday, September 09, 2008 from 5:00 pm until time of services on Wednesday. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Tuesday evening.
