IOTAA wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Milagrosa GiGi Cormier will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Milagraosa known as GiGi to all who knew her passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2009 surrounded by her loved ones. She was 59. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Mire. Rite of Committal will follow in the Assumption Cemetery with Msgr. Harrington officiating.

GiGi was a very kind and loving woman and spending time with her family and friends brought a great deal of joy to her life. She leaves behind a loving and grateful family including her husband of 29 years, James Carol Cormier of Iota; her daughter, Christine Credeur and her husband, Mark of Mire and the littlest joys of her life, her grandchildren, Raven, Kylie, Julianna, Mason, and Hayden Grace Credeur. Also mourning her lost is her brother as well as many friends.

Now she rests in heaven with her parents, sister and brother.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Iota on December 14, 2009 on Monday from 1:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Monday evening.
