EUNICEA Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice for Merci F. Robertson who passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at her residence in Lafayette. She was 73. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Austin Leger Celebrant.

She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege and honor of knowing and loving her including her brother, Gerald E. Martel and wife, Audrey of Eunice her long time friend and partner, Bill Lindsey of Lafayette her nephews and nieces, Donald J. Fuselier and wife, Lisa of Eunice, Cathy Fuselier Dupre and husband, George of Grand Prairie, Amy M. Rider and husband, Sean of Eunice and Bill Martel of Keithville.

Now she rests in Heaven with her beloved parents, Ewell and Esther Martel husband, S. D. Robertson, Jr brother, Douglas J. Fuselier nephew, John Nicholas Martel and a great niece, Ava Claire Dupre.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, May 25th from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Tuesday evening.
