EUNICE It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Melanie Maria LeJeune announces her passing on the morning of Thursday, January 31, 2013 with loving family by her side. She was 47. We will Celebrate her Life at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 02, 2013 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Ted Broussard officiating.

Melanie was a kind, loving generous person who always had a smile and thru God her love fostered many. She was a special person and we will all miss her greatly especially her parents, John and Norma Cormier LeJeune of Lawtell two brothers, Kenneth LeJeune and wife, Carey of Ocala, Florida and Timmy LeJeune and wife, Monica of Lawtell two sisters, Pam LeJeune Wimberley and husband, Dale and Wanda LeJeune Matte and husband, Kevin all of Church Point. Also mourning her loss are many nieces, nephews and friends.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, February 1st from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, February 2nd from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Dwayne Boudreaux will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Friday evening.
