EUNICE-Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday, February 15, 2008 at First Baptist Church in Eunice for Henrietta Laughlin, 79, who passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at Oak Lane Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Tim Moffett and Rev. Clark Palmer Officiating.

A Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Henrietta is survived by her two sons, Glenn Laughlin and wife, Sharlene , Dane Laughlin and wife, Beverly all of Eunice; a brother, Elroy Jones of Eunice; a sister, Bessie Gournay and husband, Harold of Eunice; two grandchildren, Sean Laughlin and wife, Kathryn of Youngsville, Michael Laughlin of Baton Rouge; and a great-granddaughter, Lily Kate Laughlin of Youngsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Laughlin; her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Prescott Jones; a son, Lon Laughlin; a grandson, Todd Laughlin.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and again on Friday, February 15, 2008 from 7:00 am until time of services.
