EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Saturday, February 09, 2008, at 11:00 am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice for Martin Luke Dupre, Jr. 89, who passed away on Friday, February 08, 2008 at Acadian Medical Center. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Iota with Father Cedric Sonnier Celebrant.

A Loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather, Mr. Dupre is survived by his wife, Ruby Dupre of Eunice; a son, James Raven Dupre of Eunice; two brothers, Renese Dupre of Alvin, TX, Curtis Dupre of Lafayette; a sister, Mrs. Roderick Ivy Mae Vidrine of Lake Charles; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Helena Klumpp Dupre, Sr; and a son, Richard Dupre.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Friday, February 08, 2008 from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, February 09, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7:00 pm
