EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at 10:00 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice for Martha Ann Bertrand Richard, 67, who passed away on December 08, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Rite of Committal will follow in the Ardoins Cemetery in Easton with Father Ed Duhon Celebrant.

A Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother, Mrs. Richard is survived by her husband, Preston Willie Richard of Eunice; a son Chuck Richard and wife, Martha, of Dallas TX; three daughters, Renee Fontenot and husband, Don of Pensacola, FL, Sonya Eisenhauer and husband, Ike of Hot Springs Village, AR., Janna Richard and husband, Jason of Anchorage, AK; two brothers, Clayton Blinky Bertrand of Eunice, Patrick Bertrand of Eunice; two sisters, Freida Carter of Houston, TX, Eugenia Bertrand of Eunice; nine grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph C. and Armildy Fusilier Bertrand.
The family request that visiting hours by observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm Tuesday evening.
