EUNICE It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Marcus James Fruge announces his passing on Thursday, January 05, 2012. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 9:30 am at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, January 07, 2011 with Deacon David Guillory officiating.

Marcus known as Chubby to all who knew him was a 1976 graduate of Eunice High School. He loved music, fishing, the woods, arrowhead hunting, butterfly collector and was a great artist. He will be missed by everyone who loved and knew him including his mother, Jane C. Fruge of Eunice his three brothers, Darrell Gene, Lynn, and Ray Anthony Fruge all of Eunice his two sisters, Jennifer Jenny Fruge Sonnier of Eunice and Anna Marie Fruge Shelton of Mandeville his three godchildren, James Nicholas Shelton III , Joshua Alan Sonnier and Erin Simmons.

He now rests in Heaven with his beloved father, Clifford Fruge and his brother, Keith Jason Fruge.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, January 6th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Saturday, January 7th from 8:00 am until time of services.
