EUNICE-Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Vidrine will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, September 07, 2006 at St. Anthonys Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Father Austin Leger officiating.

Mrs. Vidrine, age 85, a former resident of Eunice, died on Tuesday, September 05, 2006, at Magnolia Estates Nursing Home in Lafayette.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 06, 2006, from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Thursday, September 07, 2006, from 8:00 am till time of services. A rosary will be recited Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm.

Survivors include her two sons, Alvin Vidrine and wife, Janice of Cypress, TX, Phillip Vidrine and wife, Shelley of Arlington, TX; a daughter, Beverly Mire and husband, Paul of Lafayette; eight grandchildren, Neil Vidrine and wife, Annette, AndreaCyr and husband, Phil, Maria Benoit and husband, Mario, Paula Sarver and husband, Daniel, Christopher Mire and wife, Cheryl, Jude Mire and wife, Angelle, Quin Vidrine and wife, Kelly, Jared Vidrine; and 18 great-grandchildren.
