Louella Marie Andrepont Benoit

With heavy hearts, the family of Louella Marie Andrepont Manning announces her sudden passing on December 9, 2024, at the age of 70. A beloved soul, Louella was born on December 3, 1954, to William Calvin and Addlia Quebodeaux Andrepont.

Louella's had a passion for sewing and crocheting, often turning simple threads into beautiful creations that brought joy to others. Her love for the classic film "Jaws" was a charming quirk that reflected her vibrant personality.

A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Louella was the heartbeat of her family. She is survived by her loving husband of ten years, Cornelius Manning, as well as her cherished children, Chan Benoit and wife, Heather, of Egan, and Dana Seilhan of Columbus, OH. Louella also leaves behind her adored brother, Ricky Andrepont and wife, Karen of Iota; her beloved sisters, Norma Jean Sittig and husband, Steve ‘BooBoo’ of Lake Charles, and Ruth Hebert and husband, Ricky of Dallas, TX; and her six grandchildren—Madison and Adrian Benoit, Brandon Micale,, Rebecca Richard and husband, Levin, Thea and Sean Seilhan and three great grandchildren-she was a nurturing presence that will be deeply missed.

Louella was preceded in death by her son, Chaise Benoit, as well as her parents. In keeping with her wishes, no services will be provided.
