EUNICELois Langley Ortegos daughter is saddened to announce that her dear mother passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2011 at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou at the age of 78. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 08, 2011 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Entombment will follow in the St. Augustine Mausoleum in Basile with Msgr Robert Romero.

A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Lois will be remembered by her daughter, Diane Ortego Brown and husband, Larry of Eunice her five grandchildren, Lisa Brown, Lori Brown, Steve Brown, Ashley Brown and Holly Ortego Landry and six great grandchildren.

Now she rests in Heaven with her beloved parents, Louis and Rhoda Fulton Langley a son Calvin Ortego, Jr. husband, Calvin Ortego, Sr. two sisters, Frances L. Morris and Mary L. Bruchhaus and a brother, Willie Mac Langley.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, January 8th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 8:30 am Saturday morning.
