Linton Guillory

BASILE~It is with great sadness and the heaviest hearts that the family of Linton Guillory announces his passing on Monday, October 28, 2019 in the comfort of his home with loving family by his side. He was 51.  A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday, November 01, 2019 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery in Elton with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Linton was a hardworking man who loved to cook and entertain his family and friends. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Left to cherish his memory is his loving and devoted wife, Dawn Reichel-Guillory and his loving mother, Doris Guillory.  Linton was also extremely loving and proud of his four children, Justin Blaine Guillory and wife, Amber of Basile, Kelly Jefferson Guillory of Basile, Courtney Elise Guillory of Church Point and Shelby Danielle Faulkner and husband, Shea of Egan; his nine precious grandchildren, McKinley, Peyton, Paisley, Levi, Grant, Grayson, Carter, Emberlee and Abigail; his four siblings, Nancy Guidry and husband, Butch Wayne of Sweet Lake, Joseph Guillory and wife, Deborah of Lafayette, Craig Guillory and wife, Tressie of Youngsville and his twin brother, Clinton Guillory of Basile; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. "While we are mourning the loss of a loved one, others are rejoicing to greet him."

He is preceded in death by his father, Jeff Guillory and a brother, Samuel Guillory.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile on Thursday, October 31st from 11am until 10:00 pm and again on Friday, November 1st from 8:00 am until time of services.
