EUNICEIt is with the heaviest hearts and great sadness that the family of Larry Guidry announces his passing on Thursday, April 03, 2014 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice at the age of 52. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 05, 2014 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Woody Gunnels officiating.

Larry adored his wife and family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was a supportive, giving and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Larry will forever be loved and missed by everyone whose hearts he touched especially his loving wife, Denise Guidry of Eunice two children, Casey Guidry and Katy LeBlanc and husband, Quentin all of Eunice a stepson Brandon Achten of Eunice a brother, Terry Guidry of Eunice two sisters, Shirley Powell of Mize, Mississippi and Sue Ashford Sonnier of Eunice. His greatest joys was his four grandchildren, Sarah, Dirk, Kenley and Aubriella.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonce and Amatile Savoy Guidry and a brother, Leonce Guidry, Jr.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, April 4th from 3:30 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, April 5th from 8:00 am until time of services.
