EUNICEIt is with great sadness that the family of Katie L. McCauley announces her sudden passing at the age of 27. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 05, 2011 at the Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Josh Johnson officiating.
Katie was a loving daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend. She will be sadly missed by her father, Rickey McCauley, Sr. and wife, Rebecca of Eunice her mother, Janette Fuselier of Eunice three daughters, Makayla Bertrand, Chloe Fruge, both of Eunice, and Kayden Parket of Sulphur one brother, Rickey McCauley, Jr. and wife, Bridget and their son, Carter McCauley, all of Eunice sister, Stephanie Smith of Eunice paternal grandmother, Dean McCauley two stepbrothers, Damon Pelican and wife, Angela of Lafayette and Ryan Pelican of Lake Charles and stepsister, Melanie Pelican of Lanse Meg.
Katie now rests in Heaven with her beloved sister, Mandy Marie McCauley stepbrother, Cary Pelican paternal grandfather, Vincent J. McCauley and maternal grandmother, Hattie M. Freeman.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, April 4th from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Tuesday, April 5th from 8:00 am until time of services.
