BASILE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 am Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile for Iva O. Queenie LeJeune, 86, who passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2007 at her residence in Basile. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Augustine Cemetery with the Reverend Bill Rogalla Celebrant.

A Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Mrs. LeJeune is survived by her son, Tyrell Toto LeJeune and wife, Earlene of Eunice; a daughter, Gwendolyn Ann Langley and husband, Ted Buddy of Elton; a brother, Chester Ortego of Basile; a sister, Thelma Limburg of San Antonio, TX; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Griffin LeJeune; her parents, Otray and Laura Figurant Ortego; two sons, John Wayne LeJeune and Ivan LeJeune.
The family request that visiting hours by observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Basile on Monday, November 19, 2007 from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm Monday evening.
