EUNICE~Ida Vizinat LeDoux passed away peacefully November 07, 2015, in the comfort of her home with loving family by her side at the age of 95. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Travis Abadie Celebrant.

Ida was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She was a very kind and loving woman and spending time with her family and friends brought a great deal of joy to her life. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her especially her two daughters, Stephanie LeDoux Butefish of Spring, TX and Catherine LeDoux Puneky and husband, Dr. Philip Puneky of Abita Springs; her sister, Annabelle Manuel of Mamou; the joys of her life her three grandchildren, Amy Puneky Broom, Paul and Matthew Puneky; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Maxime LeDoux; her parents, Octave and Lily Fontenot Vizinat; three sisters, Winnie Ardoin, Elva Vizinat and Romaine Miller.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, November 13th from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm Friday evening.
