Harry, born on August 14, 1932, to the late Joseph and Lucille LeBlanc Bellard, was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He was a testament to the values of hard work and dedication, alongside his six brothers who were also in the poultry industry. He found great joy in fishing and shared his love for Cajun dancing, not just as a participant but also as a teacher.
