EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Harold John Miller, Sr. announces his passing on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Eunice Manor Nursing Home with his loving family by his side. He was 67. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at St. Thomas Chapel Catholic Church in Swords. Rite of Committal will follow in the Verrette Cemetery in Swords with Father Wayne Duet Celebrant.

Harold was a truck driver but most importantly he was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He will be missed dearly by his beloved wife of 50 beautiful years Gloria D. Miller and they were the proud parents of three children, Harold John Miller, Jr. and wife, Amanda of Eunice two daughters, Pamela Thibodeaux and husband, David and Gwen Lanclos and husband, Mitchell all of Eunice. He was a wonderful and loving grandfather to nine grandchildren, Chad Thibodeaux, Jr., Heather Lanclos, Brittany Miller, Kristi Thibodeaux, Kaitlyn Lanclos, Gregory Miller, Hunter Miller, Alex Miller, and Chadlea Thibodeaux. Also mourning his loss are his brother, Clarence Miller, Jr. of Eunice three sisters, Judy Spears, Sherry Aguillard, and Sheila Leger all of Eunice.

He now rests in Heaven with his beloved parents, Clarence and Freida Clavier Miller son, Greg Miller and soninlaw, Chad Thibodeaux, Sr.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, June 20th from 4 pm until time of service on Saturday, June 22nd. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Friday evening.
