EUNICE-A wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Flossie LeDoux will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Flossie passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice at the age of 82. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Entombment will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Father Darren Eldridge Celebrant.

Flossie was a retired secretary from Nicholas Drilling Company. She will be remembered as one who enjoyed being with her family and friends most of all, and she gave generously of her time being a pink lady at Acadian Medical Center.

Left behind to cherish her memories is her beloved daughter, Donna LeDoux Molay and her husband, Nunzio of Metairie; her four cherished grandchildren, Nunzio Molay III of Kenner, Bart Molay and his wife, Karen of Harahan, Sergio Molay of Scottsdale, AZ, and Amanda M. Cannizzaro and her husband, Pat of Metairie; and her five special great grandchildren, Jordan, Nicholas, Isabelle, Hannah, and Shane. She left those who knew her with warm memories to cheer us and fill our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Walter Butsy LeDoux and Elmen Bergeron; her son, Nicky LeDoux; and her parents, Nick and Elise Guillory Ferro.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, June 19, 2009 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Saturday, June 20, 2009 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Friday evening.
