BASILE~It is with the heaviest hearts and great sadness that the family of Ferrill James LeJeune announces his passing on Friday, August 21, 2015 at the age of 72. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Entombment will follow in the St. Augustine Mausoleum with Father David Hebert Celebrant.

Ferrill, known to many as "Felo" was retired from the oilfield. His passing was a sudden and unexpected loss for his family and friends and will be missed dearly. He was a loving brother to Marcus "Stooge" LeJeune and Panzy LeJeune Hebert and husband, James all of Basile as well as a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Beulah Fontenot LeJeune; sister-in-law, Sadie Pousson LeJeune and a nephew, Donald LeJeune.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile on Tuesday, August 25th from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, August 26th from 6:00 am until time of services. Father David Hebert will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm Tuesday evening.
