EUNICEIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, and friend, Ezeb Papillion on Sunday, May 08, 2011 at Oak Lane Wellness Rehabilitation Center surrounded by his loved ones. He was 94. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:30 am Saturday, May 14, 2011 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Ann Cemetery with Father Jude Thierry Celebrant.

Ezeb was a retired farmer who loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing and hunting. Precious and lasting memories will be cherished and shared by everyone who knew him, especially his six children Mary Rena and husband, Alex of Church Point, Hanson Papillion of Lawtell, Wilson Papillion and wife, Catherine of Mallet, Alicia Eaglin and husband, Joseph of Carencro, Ophelia Semien and husband, Noah of Church Point, and Wilton Papillion and wife, Rita of Eunice his six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He now rests in Heaven with his beloved wife, Elia G. Papillion and his parents, Francois and Edmonia Thierry Papillion.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet on Saturday, May 14th from 8:00 am until time of services.
