EUNICE-Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice for Evena Fuselier McGee, 82, who passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Evangeline Extended Care in Mamou.

Interment will follow in the Reed Cemetery in Lanse Megre with Father Stephen Ugwu officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Adjust McGee of Duralde; two sons, Ferrell McGee and wife, Brenda, Dave McGee all of Duralde; two daughters, Fernella Richard and husband, Nelson of Perchville, Joyce Vidrine and husband, Buford of Eunice; a sister, Doris Olivier of Morgan City; thirteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Pierre and Monette Bacon Fuselier; two brothers, Eual and Raymond Fuselier; a sister, Eudna Fontenot.
The family request that visitation hours be observed from 5pm until 10pm at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 and again on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 8:00 am until time of services with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm Tuesday evening.
