EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 3:00 pm Friday, January 19, 2007 at St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Eunice, for Elton Joseph Faul, Sr, 90, who passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at Eunice Manor.

The Rev. Tom Voorhies, Pastor of St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Eunice will be Celebrant with Rite of Committal to follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice, LA.

Mr. Faul was a resident of Eunice as well as an avid gardener. He also retired from a local oilfield pipeline union where he worked for many years.

Survivors include his four sons; Warren Faul of Eunice, Arion Faul and wife, Barbara of Downers Grove, Il, Elton Faul, Jr. of Eunice, Terry Faul and wife, Debra of Opelousas, Bruce Faul and wife, Liz of Eunice; three daughters, Earleen Carriere and husband, Murphy of Opelousas, Beverly Fontenot and husband, Edward of Eunice, Diana Thibodeaux and husband, Calvin of Lawtell; one sister, Ruby LeJeune of Church Point; twenty-nine grandchildren, fifty- four great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his wife, Mable Richard Faul and daughter-in-law Janet R. Faul.

The family request that visitation hours be observed from 11 am until 9pm Thursday, January 18, 2007 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice and again on Friday, January 19, 2007 8am until time of services with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 pm Thursday evening.

In lieu of flowers family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children Hospital Research Hospital, Attn: Memorial Department, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN. 38105.
