EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 24, 2007 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice for Mrs. Eloise Quirk, 90, who passed away Friday, November 23, 2007 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice.

The Rev. Cedric Sonnier, Pastor of St. Thomas More Catholic Church will be the Celebrant with the Rite of Committal to follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.

Eloise Tibby Quirk, a resident of Eunice, is a retired elementary schoolteacher after teaching for thirty-five years with St. Landry Parish School System.

A Loving Mother and Grandmother, Tibby is survived by a son, William Leo Quirk Jr. and wife, Linda of Eunice; a daughter, Karen Q. Williams and husband, Elton of Lake Charles; two grandsons, William Quirk of Baton Rouge and Wesley Romero of Baton Rouge.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Leo Quirk; parents, Napoleon and Lou Franchebois.
The family request that visitation hours be observed Saturday, November 24, 2007, from 10 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited Saturday at 12:15 pm.
