Ella Vine Fontenot Breaux

IOTA-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ella Vine Fontenot Breaux announces her passing on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 80. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the River of Life Fellowship in Iota. Burial will follow in the Iota Cemetery with Pastor Gary Dardar officiating.

Ella loved Jesus, going to church, and shopping, but most of all she loved her children and lived for her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her, especially her children, Sharon A. Courville of Hanover, VA,  David L. Breaux Hernandez and husband, Michael of San Antonio, TX, and Karen B. Guidry of Pass Christian, MS; her two grandchildren, Jimmie Darrelle Courville IV and Mackenzie Faye Courville; one great grandchild, Elijah Green; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Wayne Breaux; parents, Elton and Ella Johnson Fontenot; and siblings, Joe Fontenot and Bobbie.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at River of Life Fellowship in Iota on Tuesday, December 20th from 10:00 am until time of services.
