EUNICE-A Celebration of Life will be Celebrated on Wednesday, January 07, 2009 at 11:00 am at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice for, Donald E. David, 86, who passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2009. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Terrel Reed officiating.

A Loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, Donald is survived by his daughter, Gwendolyn D. Williams and husband, Raymond of Lafayette and their children, Shannan W. Dillingham and husband, Walter, Michelle Williams, and Jennifer W. Prince and husband, Todd; daughter-in-law, Jolene K. Thompson of Baton Rouge and her daughters, Tracey D. Maschagni and husband, Paul and Stacey D. Fourrier and husband, Carter. Donald will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace David; son Donald W. David; his parents, Fernest and Erita Guillory David; two brothers, Ross and John David; and a sister, Joyce David.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Tuesday, January 06, 2008 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm and again on Wednesday, January 07, 2008 from 9:00 am until time of services.
