EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 12 noon Thursday, October 25, 2007 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice for Mr. Deomel Louis Langley, 72, who passed away at 3:35 am at Southwest Medical Center in Lafayette after a lengthly illness.

The Rev. Cedric Sonnier, Pastor of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice will be the Celebrant with the Rite of Committal to follow in the St. Thomas More Catholic Cemetery in Eunice.

A Loving Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, Mr. Langley is survived by his wife, Emilie Soileau Langley; his two sons, Glenn Langley and his wife, Lisa of Bossier City, and children, Claire and Andrew Langley, Jerome Langley and his wife, Beth of Eunice and their children, Jacob and Lauren Langley; two daughters, Julia L. David of Port Barre and her children, Christopher and Casey David, Veronica Savoie and her husband, David of Crowley and their children, Lacey and Caroline Savoie; a sister, Mattie Miller of Basile.

His parents, Deo Mel and Marcelite Miller Langley, precede him in death.

The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Thursday, October 25, 2007 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Wednesday evening.
