EUNICE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 2:00 pm at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice for Mrs. Deanna Darbonne, 68, who passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Opelousas General Hospital . Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with the The Reverend Fr. Tom Voorhies Celebrant.

A loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Mrs. Darbonne is survived by her husband, Gene Darbonne of Eunice; her mother, Winnie Miller of Eunice; two sons, Dane Darbonne and wife, Rachelle, Daniel Darbonne all of Eunice; a daughter, Genny Willis and husband, Jerald of Eunice; a brother, Bert Miller of Eunice; two sisters, Barbara Savoy, Christina Faul all of Eunice; four grandchildren, Blaise Darbonne, Hunter Darbonne, Jennifer Broussard, Tiffany Fetty; four great-grandchildren, Bailey Fruge, Ethan Broussard, Taylor May, Grant Deville.

Her father, Henry Miller, precedes her in death.
The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, August 27, 2007 from 3:00pm until 10:00 pm and again on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 from 8:00am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Monday evening.
