EUNICEIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of David Wayne ONeill announces his sudden passing on Saturday, April 02, 2011 at his residence at the age of 51. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 05, 2011 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery with Father Jerry Mesley and Father Kendall Faulk officiating.

David served his country proudly in the United States Air Force, and was very involved with the local Boy Scouts Troop 425. A loving husband, father, brother and friend, David will be sadly missed by his wife of 28 years, Jennifer ONeill of Eunice
two sons, John Paul LeBlanc and Austin Joseph ONeill, both of Eunice daughter, Emily Anne ONeill of Eunice three sisters, Johnnie Beth Sterling of North Carolina, Sharon Terracina of Port Arthur, TX and Victoria ONeill of Katy, TX motherinlaw, Patricia Stroderd of Basile and grandmotherinlaw, Gladys Bertrand of Eunice.

Now David rests in Heaven with his beloved parents, Col. John Martin Jack and Elizabeth Mickey Collins ONeill.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, April 4th from 12:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Tuesday, April 5th from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Monday evening.

Ardoins Funeral Home of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
