EUNICEIt is with great sadness that the family of Daniel Carl Burrus announces his passing on Saturday, December 01, 2012 at his residence. He was 51. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 03, 2012 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice with Pastor Tim Moffett officiating.

Daniel served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was an assistant driller in the oilfield offshore. He loved building model air planes and cars, but most importantly he was a beloved husband, son, father, brother and friend. Most of all, Daniel adored his wife and family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be very deeply missed by his wife, Melinda Burrus of Eunice his parents, Curtis and Eileen Burrus of Sherman, TX his three daughters, Felecia Martin of Eunice, Sara Janot of Prairie Ronde and Rachel Burrus of Eunice his brother, David Burrus of Sherman, TX and his sister, Lori Willett of Alllen, TX. He was blessed with four grandsons, Shawn, Seth and Shay Martin and Tyler Janot.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Monday, December 3rd from 10:00 am until time of services.
