With humble acceptance of our Lord and Saviors sovereign will, the family of Charles K. Buller announces his passing on April 4, 2024, at the age of 67, while surrounded by his beloved children. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at noon on Wednesday, April 09, 2025, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the B J. Fontenot Cemetery in Ville Platte with Pastor Chris Frye officiating.
Born on February 3, 1958, to the late Rodney Arcade and Rosa Nell Fontenot Buller, Charles was a dedicated family man whose life was marked by a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to those he loved. He was known for his sense of humor and his ability to bring joy to those around him. Charles derived great pleasure from cooking for his family and cherished the moments spent hunting with his sons. He instilled in his family the values of unconditional love and generosity, often placing the needs of others before his own. A devoted Christian, he found strength in his faith and always prioritized the teachings of the Lord. As a passionate truck driver with a fondness for Peterbilt trucks, Charles approached his work with pride and enthusiasm. His spirit would light up at the sight of his grandchildren, and he was always available to lend a helping hand to those in need. Charles K. Buller will be remembered for his loving nature, joyful spirit, and the countless memories he created with his family.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him, especially his sons, Jason Davis (Monya) of Scott and Justin Buller (Ericka) of Baton Rouge; his daughters, Mallory Buller (fiancé, Jesse P.) of Salt Lake City, Utah and Claire “Lil’ Bunny” Buller of Ville Platte; brother, Benjamin Buller (Yvette) of Youngsville; sisters, Sarah Attales (Dale) of Pine Prairie and Gwen Buller of Lafayette. His pride and joy were his grandchildren, Olivia Davis, Aric Davis, Audrianna Buller and Brooklyn Buller and two great grandchildren, Daxton and Taelin Derouen as well as extended family and dear friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
In honor of his memory, a visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice, providing an opportunity for family and friends to pay their respects on April 8th from 6pm until 9pm and again on April 9th from 9 am until service time.
